Absolutely marvellous!

As I predicted we out played our bitter rivals from start to finish. After much hype and word mongering from Spurs they were found wanting. All they had was long ball after long ball up to Crouch. We just stroked the ball around like it was an exhibition game. It could and should have been 5-0. The atmosphere was electric and the chants of "Champions League? your having a laugh" and "Are you Tottenham in disguise" sent the Spurs home with their tails between their legs having received a serious beating.

It was not a classic by any stretch, but we don't care. What is was, was a great little bit of payback for last seasons 4-4 draw. Van the man was the man of the match with a massive performance leading the line. Cesc was imperious and Song was resolute and determined. Moment to savour; The Captains goal on 43 minutes. I could watch it again and again!
